For @ChakramDuration@ seconds, equip @BaseChakramNumber@ Chakram, plus 1 more for each enemy hit by the blast. Attacks deal @TotalChakramDamage@ (%i:scaleAD%) bonus physical damage for each Chakram equipped. Aphelios heals for @ModifiedChakramHealing@ (%i:scaleAP%) of damage dealt by Chakrams.
